I. files without an auxtype now get auxtype set to $4000 so the file will be recognized by the AW InitManager.

Fixes:
- Added option under Display to improve support older video drivers. Most folks won't need this, but if the background is not displaying correctly -- this option may help, although it doesn't fully support tranparency.

You can now place folder and volume aliases into the ProDOS Volumes folder and they will be treated as ProDOS volumes. This allows AppleWorks to access folders on other/external hard drives.
Files starting with a period (.) will no longer appear in the file list.
The 13th file of a directory now appears in the file list.
Now allows opening .rtf files in their raw text format. Note: The RTFD (rich text with graphics or attachments) format is NOT supported.
Allows opening files that end in .txt as textfiles, even when the filetype is not marked as 'TEXT'.

Mac printer margins confused the printing layout of AW. Changed Mac printer margins to zero, so the margins in AW should be more accurately reflected.

Just a few minor changes made to clean up a few more loose strings.
Add option to install custom folder icon in Deja IIx folder. This can be used to customize your AppleWorks folder.
New custom icon folder reflects Leopard and new app icon.

Volume Preferences UI completed. Allows you to easily show/hide volumes that appear within AppleWorks.
Volume folders ending with a '*' are hidden inside AppleWorks.
Keystrokes Preferences UI completed.
You can drag the keystrokes to determine their order.
The title bar and main window now clearly reflect when Deja IIx is paused.
Volumes toolbar button showed folder containing "ProDOS Volumes" folder rather than the actual contents of the ProDOS Volumes folder in the Finder.
New volumes code added files as volumes. Now only folders are treated as volumes.
Keystrokes drawer matches the transparency of its parent window.

Volume handling changed! Deja IIx uses folders stored in the ProDOS Volumes directory as volumes. These folders are treated as ProDOS Volumes. The idea is that these folders should only contain valid ProDOS files, including names -- but still retains the easy access for Mac files.
Printing is now supported using one of three custom printers. Use the TimeOut Mac Print Setup tool to configure a printer which will print through Deja IIx.
Button added to the AppleWorks folder preference to install the TimeOut Mac Print Setup app.
The ultra adventurous can edit character per inch settings that can be mapped to different Mac fonts/sizes. They are stored in a file called Deja IIx-PrinterCodes.plist.
Keystrokes drawer is now available. Keystrokes are stored in a file called Deja IIx-Keystrokes.plist. No option to edit them yet.
The forward delete key is now mapped to oa-Delete.
The UltraMacros find command was not working correctly as of a24, this is now fixed.
AppleWorks would get a disk error if it came across a completely empty directory. Now, the ProDOS emulator properly returns an empty directory.

The Pause/Resume functionality does not yet work.
New toolbar replaces the drawer.
TimeOut button. On newer Macs, Cmd-Esc (oa-Esc) brings up FrontRow. This button makes it easy to bring up the TimeOut menu.
Restart Deja IIx menu item added, allows you to restart entire emulation session w/o quitting and relaunching.
All snapshot references have been removed. I'm no longer planning to implement this feature.
Deja IIx screen now updates differently. It seems to be reasonable on a 1Ghz Powerbook G4.

I.1ST.KIT.1 is now ignored. After much, much investigation, this AW INIT appears to stomp on memory and cause problems. I am unclear why it does not cause a crash in the original Deja ][, but it shouldn't work. I patched ProDOS so it doesn't show that name in a way that the InitManager recognizes, effectively ignoring the file -- even if it is installed. You can work around this, but do so at your own peril.
Transcendental functions once again work in the spreadsheet. D2 is actually using the Apple II SANE code. Performance seems reasonable at this point in time.
Inverse uppercase text should no longer display as mousetext in the word processor.
Beep preference is now maintained between launches.

Removed leftover debug code in that forced D2 into debug mode, regardless of preferences.

Disabled patching SANE for now. Plus: math should work exactly as on Apple II. Minus: much slower since we're not getting native performance of Mac when doing math. I may offer up a way to toggle this in the future.
Fixed a lot of crashing issues tied to incorrect bank access.
